All items from buildabridgeDesigns are digital products. Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final and no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted.

If you’re having trouble accessing your template, editing in Canva, or making changes, please reach out—I’m happy to help and will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

Digital downloads are generally not eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period once the download or online access has begun. By purchasing, you agree to receive the digital content immediately and waive the right of withdrawal where applicable.
