BuildaBridgeDesigns specializes in digital design templates for personal events and creative projects. Because our products are digital, no physical items are shipped, and all sales are final.

When purchasing from our store, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that your email address and payment details are entered correctly to receive your digital download links.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold by BuildaBridgeDesigns are digital files available for instant download after purchase. No physical products will be shipped.

Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a download link immediately via your Etsy account or email. If you do not receive your file or encounter technical issues, please contact us at buildabridgedesigns@gmail.com — we’re happy to help.

Please note:

  • Colors may vary slightly depending on monitor or printer settings.

  • Templates are editable only in Canva (unless otherwise stated).

  • Fonts, graphics, and designs are protected by copyright. Files may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise stated) and are subject to change at any time. Payment must be received in full before your files are available for download.

Because of the nature of digital products, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once your order has been processed and download access has been granted.

4. LICENSE AND PERSONAL USE

All templates and digital assets from BuildaBridgeDesigns are for personal use only unless otherwise specified. You may edit, customize, and print them for your personal event or use, but you may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim any design as your own.

For commercial or extended use licensing, please contact us directly.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, graphics, text, images, and templates are the intellectual property of BuildaBridgeDesigns and are protected by copyright law.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or resell any portion of our templates.

  • Remove watermarks or copyright notices.

  • Use our products or listing images for commercial marketing or resale.

6. DIGITAL DELIVERY

All items are delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you’ll receive immediate access to your download link.

If you experience any delay or do not see your files, please:

  1. Check your Purchases and Reviews section or email inbox (including spam/junk folders).

7. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

Our templates may include links to third-party platforms such as Canva. BuildaBridgeDesigns is not responsible for any third-party services, their functionality, or changes made to those services. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with Canva’s own terms and conditions.

8. ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Occasionally, there may be typographical errors or omissions in product descriptions or pricing. We reserve the right to correct these at any time and to update product information without prior notice.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our digital products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that your use of the files will be error-free, compatible with all systems, or meet your expectations.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary software (e.g., a free Canva account) to edit the templates.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildaBridgeDesigns shall not be liable for any damages, including loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction is to discontinue using our products or request reasonable technical assistance via email.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuildaBridgeDesigns and its owner(s) from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by a third party due to your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.
